Orders: an order is confirmed when we reach you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you or the item is out of stock.

Prices: all prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Payment is on delivery, in cash, when the bag reaches you.

Delivery and returns: see our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; small colour differences can appear on different screens.
